  PROCESSING:  
 

Processing charge is per lb. carcass weight. This includes cooling and ageing of carcass 7-14 days. We will age longer, if you desire,at the rate of $2.00 per ½ per day.

 

CUT AND PACKAGE:  (Shrink Film ,Heat Sealed)

Other charges - per lb. actual product weight.

 

TENDERIZE:

GRINDING:

PATTIES - 4 oz & 6 oz:

We also offer a wide variety of specialty products. Some of these include several varieties of snack sticks and summer sausage along with salami, franks, smoked brisket, corned brisket, dried beef, beef  jerky, and beef bratwurst. Charges vary depending on which product you choose.

We take great care to see that your beef is slaughtered , aged and processed to your specifications, under the most sanitary conditions.
